Terms of service

Effective July 30, 2026

What Vendoria is

Vendoria lets a seller run a storefront, list items, and cross-post those listings to outside marketplaces such as eBay. Each seller operates their own store. Vendoria provides the software; the seller is the merchant of record for what they sell.

Sellers

You are responsible for your listings being accurate and lawful, for the condition and description of what you ship, and for your own tax obligations. You must have the right to sell what you list. We may remove a listing or suspend a store for unlawful or fraudulent activity, or for repeated buyer complaints.

Buyers

Your purchase contract is with the seller, not with Vendoria. Returns, refunds and delivery are handled by that seller under the policy shown on their storefront. We can help you reach them, but we are not a party to the sale.

Outside marketplaces

When you publish to a marketplace such as eBay, that marketplace's own rules and fees apply to the listing, and it may reject or remove it for reasons outside our control. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any marketplace you connect.

Availability

The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and outages happen, and a connected marketplace can be unavailable independently of us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect damages.

Closing an account

You can close your store at any time. Data handling on closure is described in the Privacy policy.
