Email [email protected] from the address on your account. A person handles every request by hand and confirms by email when it is done.

Buyers

We delete your account, contact details, saved addresses and any link to a sign-in provider such as Google or Microsoft.

Sellers

We delete your account and store profile. Listings you published to an outside marketplace such as eBay live in that marketplace and must be removed there; deleting your Vendoria account does not remove them for you.

What is kept

Completed order records are retained where tax and accounting rules require it, and where the other party to the sale needs them for their own records. Those are kept with personal details reduced to what the obligation requires.
